One Day Or Multiple Event Insurance?
Is there a benefit to opting for multiple event insurance?
If you find yourself calling your event insurance provider every month to take out one day event insurance, you might be missing out on the advantages of a annual event insurance policy.
One day event cover does exactly what it says. Insurance cover would be provided for a single, one off event. On the other hand, multiple event insurance is designed to cover you for a number of events within a fixed period.
If you’re organising a community fun day in your local area without the intention to host anything else within the year, a one off event insurance policy will most likely be more suitable for you.
However, if you are up and down the country throughout the year hosting a number of trade shows or music concerts, an insurance policy for multiple events would be extremely beneficial.
How many events would it take to see any benefit?
Our in-house quotation facility can cover up to 15 or 45 events within a 12 month period. You will see a significant benefit if you host more than a single event in the year. Firstly, you eliminate the need to give us a call whenever you’re planning an event. Secondly, if you were to take out 15 single event policies, the combined premium would be considerably more expensive.
What does a multiple event policy cover?
Simply put, a multiple event policy provides the same coverage as that of a one off policy. The difference being, that, on our in-house event insurance scheme, it can cover up to 15 or 45 events. We are able to provide cover for over 45 events, however, we would need to refer to our underwriters.
Using our in-house event scheme, we can provide public liability cover up to an indemnity limit of up to £10,000,000. In addition to the public liability cover, we can also offer employers liability insurance quotations up to the industry standard limit of £10,000,000 indemnity.

What about stallholders and exhibitors?
Don’t worry, we don’t like to miss anyone out. We are able to cover stallholders, exhibitors, bands and performers on an annual basis, providing cover for up to 100 days within a year. Our cover is subject to a maximum of 5 continuous days per event.
