What Does One Day Event Insurance Cover

The public liability indemnity limit (maximum amount of cover) you require will depend on the size of your event and where it is being held. For example most local authorities require a minimum indemnity of £5,000,000 for any use of their facilities. Similarly, many other private venues require a minimum limit of £5,000,000. Unless your venue or host has stipulated within their contract with you a minimum public liability insurance indemnity limit then you are able to opt for cover from £1,000,000 through to £20,000,000. If you are unsure of a suitable level of indemnity for your event please speak to one of our team. They will assist with pointing you in the right direction.

Alongside event public liability insurance you may choose to include event cancellation insurance. Additionally, we can offer equipment cover and employers liability insurance. Our customers opt for these options to provide comprehensive cover for their liabilities, assets and finances. Remember if you do wish to include event cancellation insurance, be aware of the policy requirements. Specifically; the policy must be taken at least 14 days prior to the start date of your event.
